On behalf of the NAMI Ventura County Board of Directors and our NAMI staff, we would like to thank you for your support, participation and interest in NAMI Ventura County programs and services.
With the emergency declaration from the County of Ventura, we at NAMI Ventura county want to let you know that our office and Resource Line will continue to be available to you during regular business hours as a mental health resource. However, under recommendation of our Board of Directors and Director of Operations, we are suspending all Family to Family classes, Familia a Familia classes, Peer to Peer classes, Family & Friends seminars, and Support Groups through March 31. At that time, we will make a decision to resume those programs or continue the temporary suspension.
If you should have any questions regarding the suspension of programs, please feel free to call our Director of Operations, Roberta Griego, at 805-641-2426.
All of us at NAMI Ventura County urge you to remain calm, be proactive in preventing the spread of respiratory viruses, and seek medical attention if you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19. Please be safe and adhere to all directions provided from our local, state, and county emergency health systems regarding this serious situation.
